Technology is the backbone of business, and 417-land’s tech industry is more robust than ever before. Biz 417 and AITP of the Ozarks have partnered for the fourth annual Excellence in Technology Awards to commemorate the leaders who are finding solutions and collaborating to elevate the local industry’s reach and impact. Nominations were judged by both an outside panel of judges from the Chicago chapter of AITP and a panel of local judges. Together, these judges determined winners and finalists based on overall accomplishments, the relevance of accomplishments to the technology sector, their scope of impact and involvement in the greater IT industry and community. Three individual winners and three corporate winners were announced at a ceremony on February 27 at The Old Glass Place.

On February 27, Biz 417 and AITP of the Ozarks celebrated six winners in the fourth annual Excellence in Technology award ceremony. The event recognizes a small pool of stars launching southwest Missouri’s tech industry into the next decade.
