417 proudly announces Vice President of Operations Megan Johnson has been selected as one of 32 emerging professionals to participate in Leadership Springfield’s renowned, and highly competitive Signature Class program. Johnson will be part of class 33.
Consisting of once-a-month sessions and two full-day retreats, the nine-month program is uniquely designed to foster a unified commitment to the community and stimulate impactful leadership both in the workplace and across the Springfield area at large.
During Johnson’s 10 years with the company, she has solidified her position as a go-getter, starting early as a graphic designer, later advancing to the director of marketing and now leading the company, as the vice president of operations identifying workplace efficiencies and upholding a healthy company infrastructure.
